Smart Moderns established in Los Angeles, CA, United States with several locations throughout the world in December 2015 to bring more equipped accessories for anyone who has an active lifestyle. As we are spending more and more time on health, fitness or even traveling, we want to stay connected with our favorite tunes. But not many headsets out there are fit to do the job, especially if you spend some time outside the house. They are either expensive, wired or unathletic. Our headsets focus on delivering economical, wireless and sport-fitted features so customers can enjoy music to the best they can while they live that healthy and adventurous life. When you get a pair of headsets from us, you can expect them to be comfortable, tangle-free and sweat-proof to last through any outdoor and intense activities. ORDERS/ SHIPPING

I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order! What should I do?

Email us at info@smartmoderns.com with your order number as soon as possible and we can edit your shipping address if the item has not yet shipped. Once an order is placed, however, we cannot edit shipping information.

How can I return my order?

We have a 30-day return policy if your item is in returnable condition. To see if your items are able to be returned for store credit, please visit our Policy page.

Do you ship internationally?

We are based in the United States and we ship internationally worldwide. Special shipping rates will apply when shipped outside of the United States. You will be able to see what the rates are at check out.

I received a shipping notification but when I click the link I am not able to track my package. Is my tracking number wrong?

Your tracking number is correct! When you receive your notification it means that we have packaged your order up for shipping and USPS has picked it up. It usually takes one business day for USPS to scan the tracking number into their system. Check the link again tomorrow and you will likely be able to track your package from that point on.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Unless otherwise noted, orders generally ship within 3 business days. Please view the item description as some items may still be in production and will not be shipped until a later date. 

What do I do if my order shipped but I never received it?

If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office (or local post office if international). In most cases, they will be able to help you locate the package. Smart Moderns will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
